Halogen-free PCBs utilize an environmentally friendly substrate with strictly limited chlorine, bromine, and other halogen content (≤900ppm), complying with the IEC61249-2-21 standard and offering low toxicity and high safety. They do not release harmful substances such as dioxins upon combustion, while maintaining comparable mechanical strength and electrical performance (withstand voltage ≥3kV) to conventional FR4. They are particularly suitable for medical devices, children's electronics, and green-certified products exported to the EU. Through an optimized resin system, these boards achieve excellent heat resistance (TG ≥150°C) and flame retardancy (UL94 V-0). They meet RoHS and REACH environmental requirements while ensuring the reliability of high-density electronic devices, making them a key choice for sustainable development in the consumer electronics, electric vehicles, and smart home sectors.
